Frequently asked.

In your free trial we assess your level and talk through your goals — university, work, immigration or school — then recommend the exam and level that fit best. There's no pressure to decide on day one.
Your core workbooks, practice papers, audio and progress tracker are included with your lessons. If a specific official coursebook is recommended for your exam, we'll let you know in advance.
It depends on your starting level and target. Many students prepare in two to four months with one or two classes a week, but we'll give you a realistic timeline after your assessment.
Both are available. One-to-one gives you maximum speaking time and a fully tailored plan; small groups add motivation and conversation practice at a lower price. Many students mix the two.
Yes. Life happens — you can reschedule with reasonable notice through your account, and your tutor will help you find a new time that works.
